On January 31st weekend we’ll be attending Conflikt, which is the annual filk convention in Seattle, and will be performing a one-hour set on Saturday at 8 pm. We are working on some new songs for this special occasion.
Aside from the live performance, we’ll be hosting a couple of panels, too:
Sea Shanty workshop: 1-2pm Saturday Come learn about shanties and sing along!
Band workshop: 11am-1pm Sunday. In this special two-hour workshop, we’ll be talk about how we (and others) can take our musical creativity to the next level through public performance. You’ll also learn about how to manage a band on a tight budget.
Conflikt is filled with talented musicians and clever performers, and we’d love to see you there!
